Strict Non-Refundable Payment Policy
All Sales Are Final
At Amexbooks.com, we are committed to providing high-quality digital e-books and premium reading materials. Due to the inherent nature of digital products, all sales are considered final and non-refundable. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase.
1. Instant Digital Access
Our products are distributed as instant digital downloads (PDF, ePub, etc.). Once a transaction is completed and the download link is provided or the content becomes accessible to you, the product is considered "delivered" and "used."
2. Zero-Refund Guarantee
Because digital goods cannot be "returned" in the same way physical goods can, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances after the purchase is finalized. By completing your purchase at checkout, you acknowledge and agree that you waive your right to a refund.
3. Purchase Responsibility
It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that they are purchasing the correct e-book and that their device meets the necessary software requirements to open and read digital files (such as PDF or ePub readers) prior to completing the transaction. We do not issue refunds for accidental purchases or formatting incompatibilities on the user's end.
4. Technical Issues
While we do not offer refunds, we stand behind the quality of our files. If you experience a genuine technical issue, such as a corrupted file or a broken download link, you must contact our support team at info@amexbooks.com within 7 days of your purchase. We will investigate the issue and, if verified, provide a replacement download link. This technical support guarantee does not constitute a refund policy.
5. Fraud and Chargebacks
All transactions are processed securely through our Merchant of Record, Paddle. Any attempt to file a fraudulent chargeback or dispute a valid transaction with your credit card company or bank after downloading our digital products will be treated as a violation of this policy. In such events, we reserve the right to present this exact policy, along with your IP address and download timestamps, to the payment provider or bank to contest the dispute.
